Your Box is delivered between the 1st and the 15th of each month. If it hasn’t arrived by then, here’s what to do: ensure the delivery address in your account is correct and check with your neighbours, caretaker, or post office. If you still can’t locate your Box, reach out to us directly using the contact form.
For new subscribers, your first Box can take up to 20 days to arrive after your subscription begins.
Please report any delivery issues within two months of the Box being sent. For example, for a February Box, you have until 30th April to let us know.
