Our team puts a lot of care into preparing each Box, but we know that sometimes the delivery journey can cause a few hiccups. If you find a damaged item, don’t worry! Simply send us a photo of the damaged product along with its reference to our Customer Happiness team via this form.
Claims and timeframes:
To ensure we can assist you effectively, please contact us within one month of your Box being shipped if an item is missing or damaged. For example, if your Box was shipped in March, your claim should be submitted by the 30th of April at the latest.
